讲台触摸屏控制面板

 

Turning the System and Computer on

• 当检测到周围有运动时，讲台的触摸屏应该会自动打开. 如果没有，请按任意按钮将其打开.

•  如果之前关闭了“开始”按钮，屏幕上可能会出现一个“开始”按钮. 

• 一旦“开始”按钮被按下，它将显示“系统正在启动，请稍候". 系统启动后，屏幕显示“Select a source to begin”.

• If you want to use the computer, 您还必须打开计算机和显示器:通过“讲台控制面板”按钮选择您希望使用的设备.

  • 在讲台的柜子里，找到电脑. Press the power button on the front of it. 等待计算机完全启动.

Connecting a laptop/tablet/iPad

 

HDMI (Supplied)

• 将HDMI线放置在讲台电缆柜中.

• Connect the HDMI cord to your laptop.

• 在讲台的控制面板上，按下 HDMI from Cable Cubby 按钮右上方的讲台控制面板.

• 打开笔记本电脑/平板电脑，必要时设置显示器镜像. 请咨询制造商支持页面以获得帮助.

 

VGA (Supplied)

• 将VGI线放置在讲台电缆柜中.

• 这条线有一个集成的音频线. 将VGA线连接到笔记本电脑上，然后按下 Laptop button on the control panel.

• 打开笔记本电脑，必要时设置显示镜像. 请咨询制造商支持页面以获得帮助.

• 要添加音频，请将集成音频线连接到笔记本电脑上的耳机插孔.

MDP Adapter (DisplayPort) (Not Supplied)

• Press the HDMI from Cable Cubby button on the control panel.

通过无线连接iPhone, iPad, Mac笔记本电脑或Android设备

• iPhone and iPad

  • Press the iPhone, iPad, iPad Mini, 在讲台控制面板的无线设备部分下的Mac笔记本电脑按钮.

  • 按照控制面板上的说明通过无线连接到投影仪.

 

Connect an Android  or Windows 8.1 Device via Wireless

• Android平板电脑，Android手机，Windows平板电脑

  • Press the Android or Windows 8.1及以后按钮下的无线设备部分的讲台控制面板.

  • 按照控制面板上的说明通过无线连接到投影仪.

Android设备不是标准化的，所以请在课堂上使用之前测试功能. If the device does not connect, 你应该考虑升级到最新的操作系统, but do so at your own risk.

 

Playing a DVD Movie or Audio CD

碟片必须通过电脑播放

1. 按照第一页上的说明打开电脑.

2. Press the Eject 按下电脑上DVD托盘上的按钮，插入光盘，然后关闭托盘.

3. Press the Dell Computer 按钮在讲台的触摸屏控制面板上.

4. All DVD controls (other than the Eject 按钮)通过讲台的触摸屏控制面板访问.

 

Muting the Video

• 如果选择电脑作为光源，通过投影仪显示, 可以静音和隐藏屏幕 Mute 按钮在触摸屏的左下方和 then selecting Mute Video Only from the Mute Selection window.

 

Volume control

Speaker Volume

• 在任何屏幕上，您都可以使用讲台上触摸屏下的旋钮来调节扬声器的音量. See diagram on page 3. Clockwise turns your volume up.

• 对于许多设备，您可以通过使用设备上的控件将扬声器静音. For example, 在电脑上单击屏幕右下角的扬声器图标，然后单击出现的蓝色扬声器图标. 应该出现一个红色的“取消”符号，表示音频被静音.

Microphone Volume

Using a USB Memory Stick

Using the Document Camera

Raising the Camera Arm

• • Only raise the arm using the handle. 从设备的正面向上拉，再向后拉. See image on the right.

Turning the Document Camera on

• • 在讲台的触摸屏控制上，按“WolfVision Document Camera” button. 文档摄像机将自动开机.

Toggling the Backlight

• • 按下观察面背面的灯光按钮.

Zooming in and out

• • 在相机的顶部，向上推刻度盘(如图所示)可以缩小，向下推刻度盘可以放大.

Turning the Document Camera Off

• • 按下观察面背面的电源按钮.

 

Video Control

Freezing the screen

• • Press the FREEZE 按钮右侧的讲台控制面板. 再次按下它来解冻屏幕.

Muting the screen

• • 按下讲台控制面板右上方的显示静音按钮. The screen will go blank. Press it again to unmute the screen.

 

Turning everything off

• On the computer, navigate to Start -> Shut down.

• 在讲台的触摸屏控制上，按下红色按钮 System off button in the bottom right corner. Confirm your selection.

 

Raising and lowering desk

• 在桌子的右下角有一些按钮.
